At Richfresh, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your luxury piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with security tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original luxury packaging and include all invoice documentation to ensure a smooth authentication process.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the garment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
